Getting connected happens when people move from being church attenders to becoming the church through participation.  The connections ministry is dedicated to assisting people to find their ‘fit’ at Cypress both in community and in service.  That begins with providing information, assisting people to locate what they need, introducing them to others and walking along side them through the process.  Whether you’re looking to connect to the church yourself, as a couple or as a family we’re here to help you.

Some next steps are:

• Contact us by using our contact form and someone will be in contact with you soon afterwards.
• Talk to a volunteer serving with a name tag in the church foyer
• Take a “Living Beyond Myself” brochure (or look at it on-line) and consider where you can plug in
• Participate in a church event
• Participate in an extension opportunity
• Try a “First Serve” opportunity to serve in an area one time with no strings attached
• Come to a 3-week temporary small group called, “The Link” as an introduction to our small groups.
• Take a “Small Group List” brochure from the church foyer and contact some leaders to arrange to visit their small group to see if you’d like to join
• Attend the Discovery class to help discern your spiritual gifts and ‘fit’ for serving
